Requirements for vacant positions:
for the position of head of the department **: higher education, academic degree, academic title, academic degree of Doctor of PhD and work experience in teaching, leadership positions in education and science, or a person with experience in scientific and pedagogical work or work in organizations in the field of professional activity for at least 5 years;
for the position of senior lecturer: higher and (or) postgraduate education, academic degree, and (or) PhD degree, or master`s degree, experience of scientific and pedagogical activity in higher educational institutions and (or) research institutes for at least 3 years;
for the position of a teacher*: higher education, work experience in the specialty for at least 5 years and (or) postgraduate education (master`s degree and (or) PhD studies);
for the position of a teacher-adviser: : postgraduate education, master`s degree, without presentation of work experience requirements.

*It is allowed to accept documents for competitive procedures if there is a degree higher than that required for a vacant position.

The person applying for participation in the competition shall submit the following documents within the time limits specified in the announcement of the competition:
1) application addressed to the Chairman of the Board - Rector for participation in the competition (according to Appendix 1);
2) the track record of the participant of the competition with a 3x4 color photo in the prescribed form (according to Appendix 2)
3) the candidate`s questionnaire in paper or electronic format (according to Appendix 3);*
4) a copy of the identity card,;
5) copies of diplomas of higher and (or) postgraduate education, academic and academic degrees, a document of academic rank, their originals for verification;
6) copies of certificates of retraining and advanced training (if available) and originals for verification for the last 3 years;
7) certificates of proficiency in foreign languages (if available);
8) list of scientific works and inventions certified by the chief scientific secretary (for the last 3 years);
9) a medical certificate in form No. 075, and/or a sanitary book, a fluorography;
10) certificates confirming the absence of registration in narcological, neuropsychiatric dispensaries;
11) a certificate of no criminal record;
12) a certificate of availability or lack of information about the commission of a corruption offense;
13) additional documents: a description and/or a letter of recommendation from the last place of work, as well as the candidate has the right to provide additional information regarding education, professional level, etc.

Educational documents issued by foreign educational institutions are provided together with a notarized translation into Kazakh or Russian.
Educational documents issued by foreign higher educational institutions to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan - holders of the international scholarship "Bolashak", as well as within the framework of international treaties (agreements) are recognized in the Republic of Kazakhstan without passing the recognition procedures for educational documents.
In case of incomplete submission of documents and (or) expired documents for participation in the competition, the application with all documents is returned to the person who submitted the application before the start of the competition.
Deadlines for submitting applications and documents for participation in the competition: from the date of publication of the announcement until November 18, 2024 (inclusive).

*The procedure for working with personal data:
each of the candidates fills in the provided form "Candidate Questionnaire" based on individual indicators reflecting the results of the candidate`s activities during the academic period with the attachment of supporting documents;
The questionnaires are filled out by candidates based on the results achieved during the period specified in the questionnaire "Measurement frequency".
