Abai KazNPU Rector met with Abdelhamied El-Rafie Ambassador Chargé d`affaires a.i. of Embassy of the Arab Republic of Egypt in Kazakhstan

On 16 April 2019 Abai KazNPU Rector Takir Balykbayev met with the delegation of Embassy of the Arab Republic of Egypt in Kazakhstan led by Mr.Abdelhamied El-Rafie Ambassador Chargé d`affaires a.i. of Embassy of the Arab Republic of Egypt in Kazakhstan, Prof. Randa Rizk, Director Attaché, Center of Cultural and Educational Affairs of Egypt, Embassy of the Arab Republic of Egypt in Kazakhstan and Mr. Zhandos Jurabekov, Head, Department for Public Affairs Center of Cultural and Educational Affairs of Egypt, Embassy of the Arab Republic of Egypt in Kazakhstan.

Rector Takir Balykbayev initiated honoured guests into the key priorities and achievements of the University and shared his impressions about Global Forum for Higher Education and Scientific Research: Present and Future that was held in Cairo between 4 and 6 April 2019.

At the meeting sides discussed the possibilities of international students recruiting from Egypt, involving teachers-native speakers of Arabic from Egyptian universities and establishing Centres at Abai KazNPU and at University of Al-Azhar, moreover discussion was about importance of best practices of Abai KazNPU on teacher education in order to share with faculties of education of Egyptian universities.

The meeting ended with decision to design Action Plan for Partnerships Development between Abai KazNPU and HEI`s of Egypt.
