Vacant position:

Lawyer

The main functional responsibilities of the structural unit:

- Represents the interests of the Company in accordance with the established procedure in court, as well as in other organizations when considering legal issues of the Company`s activities;

- participates in the development of draft legal acts, contracts, procedural documents, as well as other documents of a legal nature developed by the Company, including through coordination if they are developed by other structural divisions of the Company;

- develops and implements annual activities to promote legislation, organize legal general education in the Company;

- prepares, in cases stipulated by legislative acts, clarifications on behalf of the Company on legal issues within the competence of the Company;

- ensures the compliance of the Company`s contracts with the requirements of the law, the application of enforcement measures in case of non-fulfillment and improper fulfillment of obligations under the contracts.

Main job responsibilities:

- Represents the rights and interests of the Company in court and other bodies when considering various categories of cases and legal issues;

- checks the draft orders, regulations, instructions, contracts and other documents of a legal nature submitted for signature to the management for their compliance with the requirements of the law and endorses these documents;

- ensures compliance with the procedure prescribed by law when bringing employees to liability;

- takes part in maintaining a systematic record of incoming and issued regulatory documents, ensures the maintenance of the classifier of legal acts of the Company by type of activity;

- participates in the development of draft legal acts, contracts, procedural documents, as well as other documents of a legal nature developed by the Company, including through coordination if they are developed by other structural divisions of the Company.

Education:

higher legal education

Required professional experience (duration, scope, other)

3 years

Professional competencies:

professionalism, knowledge and skills in applying the requirements of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Personal competencies and qualities:

high citizenship, a developed sense of duty and responsibility for the performance of their duties, adherence to professional ethics

Knowledge of languages, including the state language (list of languages that the candidate must speak)

Fluency in Kazakh and Russian languages, knowledge of foreign languages will be an advantage

Computer skills:

Knowledge and proficiency in electronic business
