Vice-rector of Freiburg Pedagogical University (Germany) professor Hans- Werner Huneke visited Abai KazNPU. The purpose of the visit is meeting with the academic staff, postgraduate and undergraduate students; development of further bilateral cooperation; discussing the issues of international accreditation of academic programs and opening the German studies Institute in Almaty.

Prof. Huneke held master classes/seminars on the following themes: "System of Education in FRG", "Issues of teaching German as a foreign language" for students of philological, psycho-pedagogical, preparation faculties and master and PhD programs Institute.
