A meeting was held at Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University to discuss the article by President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev «Abai and Kazakhstan in the 21st Century». Rector T. Balykbayev spoke about the upcoming anniversary events planned for this year at our university. He called on teachers, staff and students to take an active part in all the events that should be worthily held at the country`s first university, which has been named after Abai for more than 85 years.
