Sports contest in the Almaty Regional Orphanage № 1

As part of the Year of Volunteers in Kazakhstan, on February 22, 2020, the Department of Preschool Education and Social Pedagogy of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology with the assistance of the Department of Educational, Social Work and Youth Policy of Abai KazNPU in the orphanage No. 1 of the Almaty region held a sports contest on the theme «Values are formed in the spiritualized body». The event was organized by third-year student students specializing in «5В012300 - Social Pedagogy and Self-Knowledge» and the «Meyіrіm»Club as part of the program for the spiritual and moral development of youth.

The team, created from the pupils of the orphanage, carried out relay games in accordance with the rules of sports competitions. Active games brought together students and children.

Following the results of the sports competition, the most active participants were awarded cups, letters of appreciation and letters of appreciation signed by the Vice-Rector for Educational Work and Social Development of Abai KazNPU Zhanatbek Іshpekbayev.

The competition was held in a friendly atmosphere under the motto «Alga, Zhastar!». The leitmotif of this important event was the appeal: «In a healthy body - a healthy mind!» The children sincerely thanked the organizers, and they - the young participants of the contest.
