New format event

On February 27, 2020, the Department of Educational, Social Work and Youth Policy of the University and the International Foundation for Culture «ALQA Foundation» jointly held a contest of poster presentations on the topic «Abaydy bilmek pariz oyly zhaska» among students of higher educational institutions of Almaty.

Honored guests of the event were the poet, people`s writer of Kazakhstan Olzhas Suleimenov, cultural scientist Murat Auezov, professor of the Department of Law and International Relations of the Kazakhstan-American Free University Ronald Wiley, Honored Artist of Kazakhstan, kyushi composer, art director and chief conductor of the State Orchestra»Ak Zhauyn» Seken Turysbekov.

The rector of the university, Takir Balykbayev, opening the poster contest, emphasized the importance of today`s event and said that such a format for our youth will remain at the Abai KazNPU until the end of the year.

Speakers at the festive event Olzhas Suleimenov and Murat Auezov thanked the organizers for this initiative, which is being implemented in a new format. This competition was attended by more than 70 reports from higher educational institutions of Almaty, 32 of which were recognized as the best.

According to the results of the competition among students of technical universities the 2nd place was taken by a 2nd year student of the specialty «Automation and Control» of Kazakh National Research Technical University named after K.I. Satpayev, Aydin Korabay, the II place -2nd year student of the specialty «Law» of the Kazakh Academy of Labor and Social Relations Maxim Vassin, III place - 2nd year student of the specialty «Management» of the International University of Information Technologies, Zakir Kadirbaev.

In philological specialties, the 3rd place was taken by a 3rd year student of the Kazakh language and literature specialty of Suleyman Demirel University, Abilda Ayaulym; the 2 nd place was taken by the 2nd year student of the Philology specialty of Abai KazNPU, Nurlybek Bagyt; the III place - 2nd year student of the Kazakh language and literature specialty of Suleyman Demirel University, Tomiris Aralbay, 2nd year student of the Philology specialty of Suleyman Demirel University, Ertay Bilyalov, 1st year student of the Kazakh language and literature specialty of the University of Foreign Languages and business career, Zhuldyz Zhumadil.

Among the undergraduates, the 2nd place was taken by a 2nd year student of the specialty «Literary Studies» of Abai KazNPU Maralbek Bazylbekov, the 2nd place was taken by the 1st year student of the Kazakh Language and Literature specialty of the Kazakh National Women`s Pedagogical University Aidana Ibraimova, 3rd place - 1st year student of the specialty «Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry» of KazNAU Ainur Maksut, 2nd year student of the specialty «Literary Studies» of KazNU named after al-Farabi Amanbai Qadir. Director of the Institute of Philology and Multilingual Education Baltabay Abdigazievich awarded the Grand Prix of the Rector to the 1st year student of the Kazakh language and literature specialty Ayauzhan Sadyrbekova and the Grand Prix of the Foundation to the 4th year student of the Kazakh language and literature specialty of Suleyman Demirel University, Zhibek Zinelova.

At the end of the event, the chairman of the jury Tore Kydyr, a leading researcher at the Institute of Literature and Art named after M.O. Auezov, thanked all the participants of the competition.
