14-15 April 2016 on the basis of the Resource Advisory Centre on Inclusive Education for high schools of Kazakhstan and preventive suicidology with the assistance of the City methodical study of Education Department of Almaty, in the framework of month : "Psychological preparation for UNT - a pledge of emotional stability graduate school" was a round table on theme "Ways and perspectives of preventive correction in preparation period for UNT".
The roundtable was attended by representatives of the Prosecutor`s Office of Almaty City, Almaty Department of Internal Affairs, City of student policlinic, JSC "KazHLU", Association of Psychologists of Kazakhstan, Centre "Luch" psychological problems, Women`s Leadership Fund, Training Centre Ltd «Medical company Sunkar» LLP , school psychologists, and others.
Roundtable opened the pro-rector for Academic Affairs of Abai KazNPU , Corresponding Member of NAS RK, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor Kulsariyeva A.T., who noted in his welcoming speech the relevance of this event on the eve of the Unified National Test (UNT) and wished all participants fruitful discussions, new ideas and a useful exchange of experience and best practices in the field of preventive suicidology.
Within two days of round table work participants actively participated in the debates, openly discussed the causes and possible ways of preventing suicide attempts among adolescents and youth.
The round table addressed the key issues of preventive correction in preparation for UNT, raised topical issues such as the prevention of suicide among adolescents and young people, parental responsibility for the emotional state of the graduates, psychological and pedagogical support of the educational process.
The participants got acquainted with the positive experience of preventive work, have developed proposals for improving the efficiency and the search for new forms of this work.
