Learning to use time effectively

On January 14, 2021, the Department of Russian Language and Literature of the Institute of Philology and Multilingual Education held a webinar for students and teachers of the Institute of Philology and Multilingual Education on the topic «Time Management: Effective Use of Time». The moderator was the candidate of philological sciences Gulnur Baishukurova.

The webinar discussed issues of rational use of time - time management. How do you learn to be happy today? How to enjoy every day? How to properly plan your activities depending on your emotional and physical state?

At the webinar, listeners learned about the main secret of personal effectiveness, which is the right time management. The participants got acquainted with the top of the famous books on time management, which collected the best of what is in positive psychology and the theory of time management.
