Mansap mobile app

Abai KazNPU is actively engaged in the employment of its graduates. This is evidenced by the 95 per cent and 97 per cent employment rates over the past two academic years. In 2019, the university launched the «Mansap» mobile app for direct communication between employers and students. In the application, students can post their CVs and see information about job openings. And employers register in the app, announce vacancies and can view the CVs of graduates. If the requirements and wishes of both parties are met, a direct contact can be established.

The aim of the app is to optimize the employability of our graduates. The main features are a direct link between the employer and the job seeker; the browsing of vacancies in the place of residence; a quick search for the right specialist, which saves time for both parties.

Currently, the Mansap app has 4,063 users; 1,012 employers, including 604 schools, 311 kindergartens and 97 private institutions; and 3,051 student job seekers.

The Mansap mobile app was developed in January 2019 and launched on 12 April 2019.

Bagdar platform.

This platform is designed to allocate university graduates to jobs based on advertised vacancies. The platform is online. All vacancies are presented in tabular form: a student can quickly find the field, profession and by selecting a vacancy, enter his/her name. At the same time, the name of the student included in the platform cannot be changed by another person.

The careers centre manager downloads the information in Excel format on the platform and issues the appropriate job referral. The Bagdar platform is adapted for Android, ios, windows, apps. Its development began on 1 March 2021 and was completed on 16 March this year. Students may actively use it from April 16 of this year.
