Defense of research projects of schoolchildren on the topic «Kazakhstan - tugiry byik memleket»

On April 26, 2021, a specially organized event dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held at the Institute of History and Law within the framework of the «Decade of Science - 2021» of the Department of World History to protect research projects for schoolchildren on the topic «Kazakhstan - tugiry byik memleket».

More than 20 schoolchildren of 9-11 grades from Nur-Sultan, Almaty, Almaty region, Akmola region, Karaganda region, Zhambyl region took part in the research project. Their works were evaluated by a jury formed by Muratkazin Mukhtar, Deputy Director for Science and International Cooperation of the Institute of History and Law, Asymova Daria, Head of the «World History» Department, Professors Zhumakhan Nurmanbetkyzy and Baglan Abdugulova, Senior Lecturer Zhusanbayeva Gulkyz.

As part of the event, in order to implement the plan of career guidance and disseminate information about the educational programs of our university, the participants were shown a video about the educational programs of the Department of World History.

All participants were awarded certificates, the winners of the projects were awarded diplomas of I, II and III degrees. In conclusion, Mukhtar Muratkazin congratulated those present on the 30th anniversary of Independence of Kazakhstan, thanked the organisers and wished good luck to all schoolchildren.
