Literary and musical event «Til - Tatulyk Tiregi»

On September 8, 2021, a literary and musical event «Til - Tatulyk Tiregi» was held at the Abai KazNPU, organized by the departments of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan and the Kazakh Language and Literature named after I. Academician S. Kirabayev. Opening the event, the vice-rector for social development of the university Chingiz Nurlanov emphasized the importance of the holiday of languages. He also noted that representatives of different nationalities living in the country have all the conditions for the development of their culture and literature, and the Kazakh language is evidence of the country`s independence, peace and unity. Kazyna Bekpenbetova, Director of the Department of Education, Social Work and Youth Policy, congratulated the students on the holiday of languages and wished the organizers success.

Adhering to the principle «Language is a mirror of the nation», students expressed their respect and love for their native language through dombra, singing and reciting verses of Kazakh poets and writers. A report was also made on the contribution and creativity of the teacher of the nation Akhmet Baitursynov to the development of the Kazakh language. Students of the Birlik Assembly expressed their sincere congratulations in the Uyghur, Tajik and Russian languages. Head of the Department of Kazakh Language and Literature named after Academician S. Kirabaev, Nagima Ilyasova, who spoke to the talented students, wished creative success and said that in the future the department would organize many such important events.

At the end of the evening, the head of the Rukhani Zhagyru Center Maksat Zhakauov noted that today`s meeting would strengthen friendship and peace in our country and thanked everyone present.
