Open online lecture «Rhymes of the world and visual poetics of Olzhas Suleimenov»

On September 30, 2021, a lecture by 3rd year doctoral student of the Institute of History and Law Igor Krupko on the theme «Rhymes of the world and visual poetics of Olzhas Suleimenov» was held at the Abai KazNPU. It was carried out within the framework of the research project «Visual anthropology and the history of images of Kazakh culture in the 19th - early 21st centuries: evolution and acquisition of subjectivity» under the guidance of Associate Professor of the Department of History of Kazakhstan T.T.Dalaeva in the context of the ideas of »Rukhani zhangyru» with the aim of forming a tolerant, multicultural and intellectual society in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The lecture is also dedicated to the celebration of the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the 85th anniversary of the outstanding poet and public figure Olzhas Suleimenov at the national and international levels.

According to the difficult epidemiological situation in the world caused by the spread of the coronavirus, the lecture was delivered online. Well-known scientists - specialists in the field of history, literary criticism, students, young researchers, the leadership of the Kazakh-German society, the Institute of Literary Studies of the CS MES RK and representatives of UNESCO took part in the lecture and the subsequent discussion as listeners. During the discussion, an agreement was reached on further cooperation in the field of science and culture.
