According to the Order number 2 RK from 11 January 2013 "Attracting foreign scientists in the universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan " and according to the plan of inviting foreign scholars for 2013 , approved by the rector KazNPU named after  Abai from 20 March 2013 . 

From 1 October 2013 to 29 October 2013 at the Institute of Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science gives lectures. Foreign scientist , Professor Emeritus, Doctor of science Kiyoshi Kato of Hokkaido University ( Japan) for students 4 and 3 courses.

Classes are held Monday through Friday at 221 , 310 audience from 10-00 to 15-00
