Awarding of volunteers in honor of the anniversary of Independence of RK

On December 10, 2021, in honor of the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the country`s independence, a ceremony was held to award a special «Letter of Thanks» from the rector of the University D. Bilyalov to the volunteer students of the 2-3 courses of the specialty 6b01801 - «Social Pedagogy and self-knowledge», who showed activity in the practice of selfless service to the society of the Meirim club. In the award ceremony, the Vice - rector for Social Development of the University Sh. Nurlanov, Director of the Department of Education K. Bekpenbetova, Chairman of the Committee on Youth Affairs Dildabek D. and head of the volunteer club «Meirim» G. Shirinbayeva, called on students to take an active part in the implementation of the tasks facing the university on the path of sustainable development and presented letters of thanks to the volunteers.

It is worth noting that in this academic year, awarded students actively participated in social projects and organized charity events to raise funds for the treatment of people with disabilities.

At the end of the event, the student volunteers expressed their readiness to serve the formation of Kazakhstan as a civilized and highly developed country in the future, and the teachers wished them success in their studies and social work.
