The winners of the competition «The best university teacher - 2021» have been determined

On January 21, 2022, the names of the winners of the contest «The best university teacher -2021» became known. This year, 718 applicants from 76 universities took part in the competition. The achievements of the contestants were evaluated according to various criteria: the development and publication of electronic educational resources, the quality of classes held, the recording of which is presented on viewable platforms, scientific publications in domestic and international rating publications, the availability of patents for inventions, the management of the work of doctoral students who have successfully passed the protection procedure, etc.
The Republican competition Commission selected the best of the best in the profession. The winners were 150 teachers of universities of the country. Each of them will receive a bonus of 2000 MCI, which is about 6 million tenge. In addition to monetary incentives, the winners of the competition «The best university teacher» will receive a badge.

From our university, 19 teachers took part in the competition, including young scientists with less than 15 years of experience. The leadership of the Abai KazNPU monitored the conduct of this competition. The winners of the contest «The best university teacher -2021» were 7 teachers of our university. This is a fairly high indicator for us. We are proud that the best of the best work at our university!
