First Congress of teachers of modern pre-school organizations

On March 1, 2022, the First Congress of teachers of the preschool education and training system «Modern preschool education and training: trends, problems, prospects» was held in Kokshetau.

The purpose of the congress: the development of the child`s personality in preschool organizations, updating the content of education, raising the upbringing of future generations to a qualitatively new level, making changes to state documents that protect children from overload and establish a mandatory minimum for the content of education and the level of requirements for the preparation of the child.

The event was attended by 300 delegates. The meeting was opened by the Minister of Education and Science Askhat Aimagambetov, who gave a clear guideline in the issues of education and training that concern educators and managers, since the first step in the education system is a preschool organization, kindergarten.

The meeting was attended by the head of the department of «professional training of educational programs of preschool, social pedagogy and self-knowledge» of Abai KazNPU, Associate Professor Ulbosyn Kyakbayeva, Professor Aksaule Mankesh, senior lecturer Bolat Auvakir.

During the congress, 4 sections worked. The issues of the implementation of the updated direction of the content of educational programs of preschool education, determining effective ways to actually conduct qualitative diagnostics and monitoring of the activities of preschool organizations of various types providing educational services to children, retraining, justification for the practice of programs of preschool educational organizations implementing educational programs of professional development of teachers-educators are comprehensively considered.
