Seminar on improving the Latin alphabet and the problems of new spelling will be held

On September 20, 2019, the Latin Scientific and Practical Center of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University will organize a seminar entitled «Advantages of using international phonetic signs in improving the Latin alphabet and the problems of new spelling».

The seminar is conducted by a math teacher, editor-in-chief of the newspaper «Mangystau mugalimi» Kuantkan Vanov. He will present his project of using the Latin alphabet in the Kazakh language.

The seminar will be attended by scientists from the A. Baitursynov Institute of Linguistics of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, linguists from Abai KazNPU, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Kazakh National Women`s Teacher Training University and students of our university: applicants, doctoral students, undergraduates, students.

Everyone can take part in the seminar: admission is free.
