Explaining the QS methodology and implementation of the Abai University`s Development Strategy for 2022-2025

Department of Strategy of Abai KazNPU in March 2022 conducted a series of seminars for institutes and structural divisions of the university on clarifying methodology of the QS international ranking and the implementation of the Abai University Development Strategy for 2022-2025.

Acquaintance with the QS methodology allows understanding the features and requirements of working with online platform, and provides a general vision for promoting University in authority international ranking.

To achieve strategic indicators there was accepted the Development Strategy Implementation Plan, which reflects key indicators that contribute to realization of expected results.

In framework of implementation of the Plan, monitoring is carried out, which will reflect dynamics of achieving goals for each of indicators. The first monitoring already started and by results of data collection from the 1st quarter of 2022, there will be conducted a risk assessment.
