International scientific and practical conference «Philosophy for all: Traditions, trends and the near future» dedicated to the 85th anniversary of K. Sh. Shulembayev

On April 8, 2022, in honor of the «Decade of Science» of the University, the Department of Political Science and Socio-Philosophical Disciplines of the Institute of History and Law organized an international scientific and practical conference «Philosophy for All: Traditions, Trends and the near future», dedicated to the 85th anniversary of the famous scientist, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor, founder of the Kazakh School of Religious Studies K.Sh. Shulembayev.

The conference was attended by well-known scientists of the Republic and public figures, such as, member of the Board of the Society - Vice-Rector for Strategy, Digitalization and Internationalization of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University, corresponding member of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Philosophy, A.T.Kulsarieva, Deputy Director General of the Institute of Philosophy, Political Science and Religious Studies of the Committee of Science of the Ministry of Education and Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sh.E. Dzhamanbalayeva, Director of the Institute of History and Law A.M. Dzhunusov, Head of the Department of Philosophy of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Candidate of Philosophical Sciences A.A. Kuranbek, Vice-President of the NGO «Philosophical Congress», Doctor of Philosophy, S.Y. Kolchigin, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor B.T. Berlibayev, Head of the Philosophy Center of the Institute of Philosophy, Political Science and Religious Studies of the СS MES RK, Doctor of Philosophical Sciences, Professor C.E.Nurmuratov.

The conference was organized by the Department of Political Science and Socio-Philosophical Disciplines under the leadership of the head Zh.K.Simtikov and the teaching staff.

A book exhibition about K.Sh.Shulembayev with a short film autobiography was presented at the conference. His contemporaries shared their opinions and memories about the scientist.
