Republican scientific and methodological seminar with international participation

On April 8, 2022, as part of the Decade of Science, a Republican scientific and methodological online seminar was held on the topic "Modern trends in teaching the Russian language and literature at school." The organizer and moderator of the event was the Department of Russian Language and Literature of the Institute of Philology of Abai KazNPU.

The hot topic attracted about 160 participants from Kazakhstan and Russia. The reports of scientists from the Moscow State Pedagogical University, the Institute of Applied Russian Studies of A.I. Herzen Russian State Pedagogical University and M.E. Evsevyeva Mordovia State Pedagogical University (Russia, Saransk).

Among the Kazakh speakers were the authors of textbooks of the Russian language and literature for schools with Russian and non-Russian languages of instruction, representatives of the publishing house "Almatykitap baspasy", teachers of Abai KazNPU.

The participants of the seminar - university professors, methodologists, teachers of schools and colleges, undergraduates and doctoral students - highly appreciated the presentations and expressed their wish to continue the discussion of issues important for practicing teachers.
