Lesson-excursions «Children`s reading for the heart»

On April 21, 2022, according to the research and cultural and educational directions of the Meirim club under the leadership of G.K. Shirinbayeva, 1st-year volunteer students Zayt Zh, Ersultankyzy A, Shattyk F, Kazenov O, specialty 6B01801 - «Social pedagogy and self-knowledge» of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology conducted a lesson-excursion «Children`s reading for the heart» in Almaty Regional Orphanage No. 1.

Volunteers reviewed the «Most interesting books»: they showed the children the largest and smallest books, panorama books, toy books, etc. To plunge into the book world, to participate in library events, the children learned that in the library you can choose not only interesting books, but also organize cognitive leisure as: A circle of «Love»; A positive attitude. (Journey to the underwater kingdom); Telling the parable «What books teach»; Game task: «Composing a fairy tale», «Living letter», «Collect a proverb», «Who is the hero of the fairy tale?»; A box of spiritual values: «Choose what I will show»; fabulous quizzes; group singing. Fabulous quizzes and funny riddles at the end of the game added a lot of positive emotions to children. At the end of the spiritual reflection of mood and emotional state accompanied by cheerful music, children and volunteers made a beautiful heart, decorating it with colorful palms. The children received a lot of impressions, and the volunteers revealed a harmonious comprehensively developed personality of each child, which was awarded with sweet prizes.
