U.Abdigapbarova stressed the importance of postdoctoral studies for young people aspiring to science, noting that Abai KazNPU is the first university in the republic to introduce a postdoctoral program. So, the first graduates of the postdoctoral program in the person of D. Sabirova, A.Syzdykbaeva, T.Kilybaev showed brilliant scientific results. D. Sabirova Dina is currently undergoing a scientific internship under the Bolashak program at the University of Washington, received the title of "Best University Teacher".
The current composition of postdoctoral students also shows excellent results: A. Baykulova receives a state scientific scholarship, postdoctoral students Zh.Baishemirov, Sh.Layshanov, N.Usenov are the heads of grant financing projects of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Therefore, they have a special responsibility to transfer experience to doctoral students and young university teachers: in the 2022/2023 academic year, they will hold a series of webinars and seminars on academic writing, scientific ethics, issues of competition documentation of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan; organize events of the Decade of Science and much more. Postdoctoral students will participate in various competitions of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including awards, titles, internships, etc.
At the end of the meeting, postdoctoral students unanimously supported the candidacy of N.Shakirova, choosing her as the coordinator of the postdoctoral group for the university.
We wish all postdoctoral students success in science and fruitful solutions to their tasks!
