Students took 2nd place at the international competition

20 December 2022 at the G.V. Plekhanov Russian University of Economics (Moscow), the results of the international online competition of student debates on the topic «Artificial intelligence is a step towards development or a threat to the future» were summed up and diplomas were awarded. Students of 1-3 courses from the G.V. Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University, the Armenian State University of Economics and other universities took part in the debate competition.

The team from our university took the 2nd place. These are 1st year students of the specialty «Translation Studies» of the Department of Oriental Philology and Translation Studies of the Institute of Philology Baigaskina Aisha, Bakytkyzy Aiym, Katrenova Dinara, Nurmanovna Zhansaya (supervisors: professor Zhumabekova A.K., master Islyamova U.A.).
