Teachers from the Uzbek Pedagogical Institute receive training at Abai KazNPU

A group of teachers from the Kokand State Pedagogical Institute (Uzbekistan) are currently undertaking a one-month internship at Abai KazNPU. The guests are keen to learn the best practice in higher education in the Republic of Kazakhstan, get acquainted with modern educational technologies and improve their skills in the educational process.

At present 21 teachers are actively pursuing an internship, all of them are assigned to the departments of the university. In particular, guest lecturers from the History Department of the Kokand State Pedagogical Institute, Sh. Kambarova, K. Bakhriddinov and K. Karimov, conducted seminars with students and masters in M01601-History. They took part in the international scientific-practical conference «Second Republic: Lessons of the Past, a Platform for the Future» as well as in the conference «Economic and Social Development of Uzbekistan under Mirziyoyev» held at the Almaty branch of the International Kazakh-Turkish University named after Khoja Ahmed Yassawi. They provided information on reforms undertaken in Uzbekistan, economic indicators achieved in recent years, a favourable investment climate and opportunities created for foreign investors.

Trainee teachers Sh.Kambarova, K.Bakhriddinov and K.Karimov were honoured by the university administration for their contribution to further deepening relations and developing cooperation between the two universities.
