Exhibition "Steppe Melody"

On March 1, 2023, in honour of Thanksgiving Day, the Institute of Arts, Culture and Sports together with the school-gymnasium No. 148 of Zhytysu district of Almaty organized an exhibition and master classes on the theme "Steppe melody". The event was held in the framework of the projects "Babalar Amanaty" and "Art is the Pearl of the Nation".

Faculty members of our institute and art teachers under the auspices of "Amanat ART" creative association took part in the exhibition. At its opening ceremony the director of the Institute, Iskakov Taiyrzhan, and a teacher from the Art Education Department, Kulzhabayev Yesenkeldy, gave a master class on the "Art of Weaving". In addition, among those who contributed to the event were well-known artists and art historians of the country - Professor Zhumakyn Kairanbaev, member of the Union of Artists of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kanagat Kodekov, Associate Professor Kanapyanova Raushan and others.
