Workshop "My contribution to National Education"

March 3, 2023 the Department of Pedagogy of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology in the workshop cycle "My contribution to national education" and the discipline "National education" held educational, musical and literary, theatrical event on "The power of Kurmangazy`s songs", organized by Associate Professor J.M.Akparova with the participation of students of the 1st year of education program "Foreign language: two foreign languages", "Kazakh language" and literature" of Institute of Philology.

The main aim was to bring to the students the power of national music, to instill in them a sense of patriotism, to increase their interest in the spiritual and moral, aesthetic education and the best traditions of the folk culture.

The event was attended by representatives of the Kazakh State Academic Orchestra of Folk Instruments named after Kurmangazy, the Kazakh National Conservatory named after Kurmangazy, Director of the Department of Academic Affairs of the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai, Doctor of Sciences, Professor H.N.Zhanbekov, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, associate Professor, Head of the Department of Pedagogy Sh.Zh.Columbayeva, as well as teachers of this department.

At the event, students not only got acquainted with the art of kuya - the priceless heritage of the culture of the Kazakh people for centuries, but also presented to the audience the history of the origin of the works of Kurmangazy Sagyrbayev, through literary, musical and theatrical art.

Through the music of Kurmangazy the students were inculcated with national spirit, love for the country and land, honour, courage and dignity.
