Psychological training for students on team building "We are a team!"

On April 5, 2023 in the Abai Student Center psychologists of the "Psychological Service" sector organized and conducted psychological training for team building "We are a team! The training was attended by students of the Institute of Philology.

The aim of the training were team building of students, the development of students ability to come to a common opinion and to agree, the creation of an enabling environment for the disclosure of internal potential of students and stimulate their personal changes.

In order to create a favorable and positive mood in the team, the training began with a warm-up exercise "What will you take to the picnic?", aimed at helping students to remember each other`s names and getting to know each other. In the main part there were exercises "Pencils" and "Through the ring", the aim of which was rallying, training of confident behavior in the situation, coordination of joint actions and identification of leadership qualities. The training ended with the exercise "Our Flowers", aimed at reflection and exchange of emotions received during the training. During the exercise, students shared their impressions and wishes, as well as gave positive feedback.

At the end of the training, students were given flyers with recommendations to help them in their daily life and maintain their mental state at a level of stability.
