Master class by teachers from the Pop Circus College of the Republic

On April 13, 2023, at the Department of Music Education and Choreography of the Institute of Arts, Culture and Sports, a meeting was held with the teaching staff and students of the Resublican Pop and Circus College named after Zhusupbek Elebekov in the format of a master class timed to coincide with the decade of science of the Abai KazNPU. It was conducted by a college teacher of the "Solo Singing" department, an excellent student of culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan Lyazat Baizhunusova.

Other teachers of the college also performed at the event: Nurzhan Kysykov, leader of the mixed student choir, solo singing department; Aigerim Nurkalieva, acting department teacher; Bakhyt Ilyasov, vocal coach and Gaukhar Egizbaeva, choir accompanist.

The student choir performed with several works of classical, foreign and folk music, contrasting in genre and characters, which decorated this event with unforgettable emotional impressions. The repertoire of the choir included works: Abai. "Dombyraga kol sokpa," processed by M. Sagatov; «Shchedrik/Carol of the bells»; «O Occhi manza mia»; "Carmina Burana" (No. 1) by Carl Orfa; "Bi men chor" from M. Tolebaev`s opera "Birzhan-Sara" and others.

The student and faculty of the Department of Music Education and Choreography of Abai KazNPU expressed great gratitude to the organizer, soloists and performers of the college, thanking for the creative cooperation between our universities, pedagogical experience in promoting national culture and musical art, mentoring work in career guidance work among youth students.
