Students of the Institute of Philology won prizes in the Republican Subject Olympiad

Kazakh Abylai Khan University of International Relations and World Languages held the Republican Subject Olympiad in the section "Foreign Languages" on April 20-21, 2023. There were 13 students from the "Foreign Philology - Turkish language", "Translation studies - English language", "Foreign language: two foreign languages - French language" and "Foreign language: two foreign languages - Chinese language" of the Department of Oriental Philology and Translation of Institute of Philology of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University.

Our students have passed 2nd stage of Olympiad and have taken prize-winning places: on foreign philology (Turkish language) - Medetkyzy Zarema, the diploma of II degree (supervisor - senior teacher E.Z. Esbosynov); Bektemir Zhanerke among 127 students of the specialty "Translation studies - English language" entered in the top ten and received a letter of thanks (supervisor - professor A.K. Zhumabekova); "Foreign language: two foreign languages - French" - Prochan Anatoly and Karina Niyazova, diploma of III degree (supervisor - senior teacher J.M. Yelemessova).
