Cooperation with «Astana Garden School»

From May 31 to June 6, 2023, in order to exchange experience on increasing the research activity of teachers, members of the grant project AR 14872311 «Theory and technology of developing the research activity of university teachers based on the integration of informal forms of research into practice as Action Research» visited the Astana Garden School. The training is based on the author`s AGS curriculum, Advanced Placement and the professionally oriented IB (CP) program. The methods of preparing teachers for the implementation of Action Research, the importance of researching their own practice for professional development were discussed.

The working meeting was organized by the coordinator of Action Research «Astana Garden School» Dinara Kaipova, who shared her experience in studying Action Research, the practice of training a creative group of research teachers, as well as ideas for writing a methodological manual on the use of Action Research for teachers. Project manager Berikkhanova A.E. and performer Baidildinova D.K. they shared valuable project ideas on the development of research activity of teachers, on the implementation of Action Research and the integration of pedagogical science and practice, and also identified prospects for further cooperation.
