Co-working Centre was opened at the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology

The opening ceremony of the Co-working centre of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Abay KazNPU Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology took place on September 8, 2023. The event was attended by Darhan Bilyalov, Vice-President of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the President of the country, Klara Isakova, Acting Chairman of the Board-Rector of KazNPU named after Abai, Vice-Rectors of the university, directors of institutes and teaching staff.

The event was opened by Darkhan Bilyalov, who expressed his support for this initiative project and emphasised the importance of joint efforts in creating a modern and innovative educational environment for the younger generation, as well as in the development of education and science in Kazakhstan.

Klara Isakova, thanking the sponsors and the university staff, noted that the university management always endeavours to provide students and teachers with the best resources for teaching and research, including modern infrastructure and equipment, and library resources. "We also emphasise on supporting young scholars, with a view to their academic development and contribution to science and education. Our aim is to provide quality education and research that contributes to the development of the society and the country and we thank everyone for their help in this endeavour," she said.

The sponsors - Khalifa Jardemova, General Director of "A-Clinic" company, and Ahmet Jardemov, Deputy Director of the Higher Medical School - also supported this important event and expressed their hope for a successful future of the Co-working Centre.

The opening of the Co-working Centre is an important step in the development of the University`s educational infrastructure. It is designed to meet modern requirements and provide students, teachers and researchers with many opportunities for collaboration, learning and research. It will become a place where ideas turn into reality, and education and innovation go hand in hand. Part of the institute`s classroom facilities have also been updated for the new academic year.
