To the attention of the graduates entering doctorate!!!

Admission of documents to doctoral studies at the Department of educational organizations implementing educational programs of higher and postgraduate education (list of documents below) is carried out through the admission committee from July 3 to August 10 of the calendar year.

Entrance exams for groups of educational programs for a doctorate are held from 17 to 22 August of a calendar year (Schedule of special exams is posted on the website and announced to the applicant individually).

To prepare for the special exam, programmes for each educational programme are posted on the website.

The scores of international certificates confirming the knowledge of foreign language IELTS for applicants for doctoral studies have been increased to 5.5;

Included in the list of international certificates confirming knowledge of a foreign language in doctoral studies - IELTS INDICATOR (ITLS Indicator) - at least 5.5; DuolingoEnglishTest (Duolingo English Test) - at least 85.

Correspondingly, the points on other certificates confirming proficiency in English have been increased.

Individuals applying for a doctorate will submit the following package of documents:

1) an application to the head of the educational organization implementing educational programs of higher and postgraduate education (in any form);
2) education document (original when submitting documents to the Admissions Office);
3) an identity document (required for identification);
4) an electronic certificate confirming knowledge of a foreign language (English, German, French) under the International English Language Tests System (IELTS, threshold score - not less than 5.5), IELTS INDICATOR (ITLS Indicator) threshold score - at least 5.5, Testof Englishas a Foreign Language Institutional Testing Programm (TOEFL ITP) threshold score - at least 460 points, Testof Englishas a Foreign Language Institutional Testing Programm Internet-based Test (TOEFL IBT) threshold score - at least 46, Test of English as a Foreign Language Paper-based testing (TOEFL PBT) threshold score of at least 453, Duolingo English Test, threshold score of at least 85, Common European Frameworkof Reference (CEFR, threshold score of B2), Deutsche Sprach pruefung fuerrden Hochschul zugang (DSH, Niveau B2/level B2), Test DaF-Prufung (Niveau B2/level B2), Test de français InternationalTM (TFI - no lower than level B2 for reading and listening sections), Diplôme d`études en langue française (DELF, level B2), Diplôme approfondi de langue française (DALF, level B2), Test de connaissance du français (TCF - no lower than 50 points);
5) an electronic medical certificate of Form 086-U, approved by Order No. 907;
6) six 3x4 centimetre photographs;
7) personal sheet of personnel records or other document confirming the work activity, certified by the personnel service at the place of work;
8) the list of scientific and methodological works (scientific publications, research plan, essays and other documents) for the last 3 calendar years;

Documents listed in subparagraphs 4) and 7) shall be provided in originals and copies, after verification of which the originals shall be returned to the applicant.
When providing an incomplete list of these documents, the Admissions Committee does not accept applications from applicants.
