My profession is my pride

On 29 September 2023, students of the Department of "Jurisprudence" and the club "Zanger" of the Institute of History and Law Abay KazNPU named after Abay organised an event-meeting "My profession is my pride". The head of the Personnel Policy Department of the Zhetysu Department of Internal Affairs was specially invited.

Lieutenant Colonel Nazgul Kalykbaeva and Captain Gulzana Amanbekova Amanbekova, Inspector-Psychologist of the same department, as well as the head of the Department of Personnel Policy of Medeusky District of the Internal Affairs Department of Almaty, Lieutenant Colonel Samal Akhmetbekova were specially invited.

The meeting was opened by the director of the institute Gabit Kenzhebaev, he expressed special gratitude to the head of the department, associate professor Janel Saylybaeva and the head of the club "Zanger", associate professor Gulzhazira Meirbekova, who created such an opportunity for students.

The guests proudly stated that the graduates of the Institute of History and Law work with honour and fruitfully in the police departments of Medeu and Zhetysu districts of the Department of Internal Affairs of Almaty.

Students of 3-4 courses of the speciality "Jurisprudence" were introduced to effective programmes offered by the current Internal Affairs Department and invited to work in law enforcement agencies. The students actively participated in the event by asking questions. In conclusion, Professor Bakytzhan Toleubekova thanked the guests and expressed her best wishes to them. The meeting was held at a very high level.
