Seminar-training "Leadership Development of Teachers of Kazakhstan"

On October 12, 2023 within the framework of the seminar-training "Leadership Development of Teachers of Kazakhstan" the next meeting of students of the additional education programme of Abai Honors College was held. The speaker of the event was the rector of the Kazakh National Women`s Pedagogical University Gulmira Kanai. She told the students about the competences of a modern teacher and shared her professional experience. Among the students were raised topical issues in the field of education, discussed ways to solve them. Various situational tasks also increased the interest of the participants. Dr G. Kanai created a favourable atmosphere for students` reflection on the solution of specific tasks.

The meeting was successful in interactive and cognitive terms. As Gulmira Amirkhanovna said, leadership is movement, direction and action! Thank you to the speaker for such a wonderful interactive!
