Kazakhstan and France present educational programs

Today in the Sorbonne-Kazakhstan Institute of Abai KazNPU there was held a French educational fair within the VIII Kazakh-French forum of higher educational institutions of the two countries. The event was organised by the Embassy of France in our country, the French national agency Campus France and Abai University and is designed to attract the attention of students of graduating classes of secondary schools, lyceums and students of universities in Almaty.

At the fair were presented Kazakh-French educational programs of Sorbonne Institute-Kazakhstan Abai University, implemented jointly with French partner universities, such as INALCO, University of Lorraine, University of Poitiers and others. The Sorbonne - Kazakhstan Institute of Abai KazNPU successfully implements double-diploma educational programs in the direction of international law, international relations, economics. Classes within the framework of double-diploma programs on the French side are conducted by leading French professors of high level. The best students are given the opportunity to study in French partner universities through scholarship programs.

The participants of the event had an opportunity to get acquainted with the educational programmes of several French educational institutions and centres, including:

- IMT Atlantique / Higher Schools of Engineering;
- Y SCHOOLS Institute of Business and Management;

- I2EN - Institut International de l`Energie Nucléaire / Graduate Schools of Engineering;
- Grenoble INP - UGA / Graduate Schools of Engineering;
- Université Sorbonne Paris Nord / Multidisciplinary university;
- Université Paris X / Master in Post-Soviet Studies;
- Campus France Almaty / Information Office for Study in France.

The event is addressed to future applicants who are very interested in Kazakh-French double-diploma and other joint educational programs, as well as French education in general. The fair was a great opportunity for students to get acquainted with the variety of global educational programs and make the first step towards successful study in France together with Abai University.
