Abai University strengthens ties with A.Baitursynov Institute of Linguistics

On November 8, 2023, an important step was taken in strengthening cooperation between Abai University and the A.Baitursynov Institute of Linguistics. The delegation of Abai University headed by the Chairman of the Board-Rector Bolat Tlep met with the staff of the scientific institute to discuss the prospects of cooperation in several key areas.

Bolat Tlep emphasised the importance of cooperation between the pedagogical university and the scientific institute. "The development of co-operation in education and science is an important part of our strategy. We hope for successful implementation of joint research projects and educational programs, which will give a new impetus to the development of our university, improve the qualifications of the teaching staff and provide unique educational opportunities for our students", he said.

During the meeting, the sides discussed ways of development in the sphere of expanding bilateral cooperation, training scientific personnel, organising industrial practice for students and strengthening ties for exchange of experience and knowledge. In particular, emphasis was placed on creating plans for joint research projects, exchanging experience and information between scientists, faculty and students, as well as introducing best practices in the educational process. Both sides expressed their readiness for close co-operation. This meeting was the beginning of interaction in the sphere of realisation of joint scientific projects and best practices.

This important step will contribute to the development of cooperation between Abai University and A. Baitursynov Institute of Linguistics, as well as the implementation of joint projects and educational programs in the field of education and science.
