A cultural and educational event «That evening in the museum» dedicated to the Students`Day

On November 16, with the support of the State Central Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan, organized by the Department of Education, Social Work and Youth Policy, the cultural and educational event "That evening in the museum" dedicated to students`day was held.

The main purpose of the event is to familiarize students with the historical and cultural values ​​of our people, to increase the spiritual knowledge of young people, to strengthen their creative abilities, and to strengthen the connection of the museum with higher educational institutions. Also, this project is aimed at forming specialists who respect the historical heritage and values ​​handed down from our ancestors, increasing students interest in the profession of a museum employee.

In addition to the students of Abai KazNPU, the Academy of Border Service of NSC of RK, the Kazakh National Academy of Arts named after T. Zhurgenov, Al-Farabi KazNU, Satpayev KazNTU, KazNAU, KazNWTTU, the Kazakh University of international relations, KazUIRWL named after Abylay Khan, the International Education Corporation, Students of the Almaty College of decorative and Applied Arts named after O. Tansykbayev, the College of the Kazakh National Academy of Arts named after T. Zhurgenov and the Almaty College of fashion and design took part.

During the project, students participated in special master classes and the "Dombira pati" competition and had the opportunity to play on copies of the dombras of Abai Kunanbayuly, Makhambet Utemisuly and Birzhan Sal. The young people who took part in the scientific and educational game "Thinkers` Square" demonstrated their ingenuity and knowledge, while the fun wits competed in the KVN competition held for the "Museum Cup". In addition, sales exhibitions of national headdresses presented by JSC "Ethno Takiya" and cosmetics presented by "Atomy" company were organized for the participants.

Also, the active participants of the event were given free tickets to the gold and anthropology halls of the museum, and the winners of contests and contests were given various valuable gifts with letters of thanks. Among them, the students of our university took 2nd place in the scientific and educational game "Thinkers` Square" and were awarded with a letter of thanks. The evening ended with a festive concert.
