A joint project with the Almaty Zoo «Bird of the Year» is being implemented

From March 1, 2021, Biology educational program of the Natural Science and Geography Institute at Abai KazNPU, together with «Almaty Zoological Park» State-owned communal enterprise of the Almaty City Culture Department, launches the project «Bird of the Year» for the International Bird Day.

Students of secondary schools, lyceums, gymnasiums and higher educational institutions students of 1-2 courses of the Kazakhstan Republic are invited to participate in this project.

The project is carried out within three decades:
1. Drawing contest «All about birds»
2. Exhibition «Bird on the Nest»
3. «Bird of the Year» contest

Applications for participation in the project «Bird of the Year» are extended until January 30, 2021 to the email address of the organizing committee pticagoda_2021@mail.ru.

The winners and participants of this project will be awarded with special thanks (certificates, diplomas), valuable prizes, and will also be able to visit the Almaty Zoo (free of charge).
