Round table on the topic "My mother tongue is my wealth"

On 23 November, 2017 at the Faculty for foreign citizens and pre-university training (Foundation) took place a round table on the topic "My mother tongue is my wealth" among students and listeners of the faculty.

The purpose of the round table based on the the program article of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.Nazarbayev «Course towards the future: modernization of Kazakhstan`s identity», revival of the consciousness and ideology of youth, the expansion of the functioning  area of the state language, raising the status and meaning of the language, and increasing motivation for learning the Kazakh language. At the round table discussed the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state language" and the guests, teachers and listeners shared their views on the topic of the round table.

The editor-in-chief of the international newspaper "Zaman-Kazakhstan", member of the Union of Writers and Journalists of Kazakhstan Ertai Aigaliuly, first deputy editor-in-chief of the international public newspaper "Zaman-Kazakhstan", member of the Writers Union, poet Zhanbakyt Borantayev, deputy editor-in-chief of the children`s of the journal "Moldir Bulak", member of the Union of Writers and Journalists of Kazakhstan poet Sayat Kamshyger, dean of the faculty, candidate of pedagogical sciences, associate professor Galiya Taubayeva, head of the department, doctor of philologyical sciences,  professor Saul Begalyieva, teaching staff and  listeners took part in the work of round table.
