Subject Olympiad «Kazakh language» - 2024

The Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai, the Faculty of Philology, the Department of Theory of the Kazakh language and teaching methods held a regional Olympiad on the subject «Kazakh language» in connection with rural schools. The Olympiad was organized on April 27, 2024 on the basis of the Kulan gymnasium school of Turara Ryskulov district of Zhambyl region among students in grades 9-11.

Purpose: to determine the direction of implementation of the educational program «Kazakh language».

Task: - Establishing close links with rural schools; - identification of actual problems in the study of the discipline «Kazakh language». 40 students from 19 schools who passed the qualifying round of the Olympiad checked their gardens on tests, essays, grammatical analysis, text work, and monologue assignments. Chairman of the commission - Head of the Department, Doctor of Philology, Professor Ilyasova Nagima Abzelbekovna, members of the commission - Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Rakhmetova Raigul Saduakasovna, an experienced teacher, senior lecturer Seitalieva Karlygash Orynovna and Candidate of Philological Sciences, Professor Zhunus Maira Abibullayevna checked the knowledge and evaluated the work of students in the I, II, III rounds. The winning students and supervisors were awarded diplomas of I, II, III degrees on behalf of the Chairman of the Board, Rector of KazNPU named afterAbay Tlep B.A.

The Regional Olympiad was implemented within the framework of a bilateral agreement between the Department of Theory and Methodology of Teaching the Kazakh language and the Kulan Gymnasium School for 2021-2025. A letter of thanks was presented to the staff of the Kulansky Gymnasium school and the staff of the Department of Education of the T. Ryskulov district.
