Abay university students in Almaty Museum

On May 6, 2024, organized by the Department of Social Development and Youth Policy and the Academy of pedagogical skills "School of mentoring", university students visited the Almaty museum as part of the mentoring project "Journey to the Museums of Almaty".

Today, the Museum of Almaty hosted the opening of the exhibition "Erlik`s immortal glory" dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of Rakhimzhan Koshkarbayev. Visiting the museum, students of the Institute of history and law visited the exhibits from the funds of the Military Historical Museum of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Museum of Almaty.

The purpose of the mentoring project" journey to the museums of Almaty " was to acquaint students from remote regions with the spiritual and material values of Almaty, accumulated by the rich history, valuable culture and Noble spirituality, strengthen the cultural potential of students, educate personal and civic qualities, and form a culture of visiting the Museum of the young viewer.

The mentoring project "journey to the museums of Almaty" will continue from 06 to 25 May.
