The psychological training week «Men omirdi tandaimyn» was held


From September 16 to 20, 2024, the Psychological Support Service organized the training week «Men omirdi tandaimyn».

 

The main purpose of the training is to help students avoid bad habits in our society, prevent suicidal behavior, maintain their social health and increase their thirst for life.

 

The training began with the «Familiarity» exercise so that each student would feel their worth. In the main part, the exercises «Let`s think» and «Help the animal» were conducted, aimed at developing an idea of life, supporting yourself and your loved ones in difficult times. Also, an exercise «Getting out of the circle» was conducted, aimed at increasing students` motivation for life and realizing all available opportunities. During the training, students received information about stressful situations, awakening a passion for life, maintaining emotional balance, evaluating the values of life and shared personal thoughts that concern them.

 

At the end of the training, the students shared their positive impressions of the training and established feedback.
