Asian Judo Championships

On October 12-13, Aktau hosted the Open Asian Judo Cup among women and men. This tournament is included in the sports table of the International Judo Federation. About 200 athletes from Azerbaijan, Hong Kong, India, Iran, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan took part in the Turar Zholdybayev memorial tournament. The bronze medalist of the tournament was a 1st year undergraduate student of the specialty "Physical culture and Sports" Aidana Zharbulova.
