The Republican Educational and Methodological Seminar on Teaching Historical Education

On October 30, 2024, the Department of Modern and Contemporary History of Kazakhstan named after Academician T.S. Sadykov of the Faculty of History and Law at Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University organized a Republican Educational and Methodological Seminar on the topic "Innovative Issues in Modern Research on Teaching Methodology in Historical Education." The seminar was planned and held to exchange experiences on the research and innovative activities of university professors and secondary school teachers.

During the seminar, university professors and secondary school teachers introduced their work in line with current demands and shared their methods and approaches. Among the speakers were Zhuma Khan Nurmanbetkyzy, Baglan Abdigulova, Zhazira Kirbaeva, Gulzhan Rasheva, and Ruslan Seitkaziev.

Methodologists and teachers from across the republic also participated in the event, including history teacher Amanqali Korzhumbaev from School No. 12 in Munaily District, Mangystau Region, as well as historians from Almaty: Aynash Azerbaeva, Raushan Tuleuova, Aliya Tolebaeva, and Ainur Oteulieva, who presented their research and project-based methods.

The Republican Scientific and Practical Seminar was held under the leadership of Mukhtar Muratkazin, the head of the Department of Modern and Contemporary History of Kazakhstan named after Academician T.S. Sadykov.
