A meeting on the topic “Mandatory Three-Year Employment Obligation” was held at Abai University

On November 22, 2024, an important meeting on the topic of "Mandatory Three-Year Employment Obligation" was organized at Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University as part of the Career Center`s annual plan. The meeting was opened by the Director of the Department for Academic Affairs, Khairulla Janbekov. Special guests included leading specialists from the Financial Center, Akzira Serikkali and Abilay Tynybekov.

This significant event brought together more than 500 students. The Career Center played a crucial role as a unique platform aimed at supporting the professional development of students. During the meeting, the 2023 Order No. 403 of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan was comprehensively discussed. The discussion focused on the terms, legal foundations, and requirements of the mandatory three-year employment obligation, as well as the legal and organizational issues arising during its fulfillment. Special attention was paid to the rights and responsibilities of young professionals, employment procedures, and issues of social benefits.

The Career Center provided students with essential information and advice for successful adaptation to the labor market, as well as insights into employment opportunities through government programs. This event helped students take concrete steps toward planning their future professional careers, once again demonstrating the Career Center`s high level of service in aligning graduates with modern labor market demands and job opportunities.
