The winners of the "Best Short Story" competition were awarded

On December 12, 2024, an awards ceremony for the "Best Short Story" competition, organized by the "Hakim Abai" National Education Center and the Orazaly Dosbosynov Young Poets School, took place among university students. The event was dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of Berdibek Sokpakbaev, a classic of children`s literature.

The competition, held from November 15 to December 11 among university students, was dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of Kazakh literary classic Berdibek Sokpakbaev. Its main goal was to promote the works of the renowned writer Berdibek Sokpakbaev among the younger generation.

As a result of the competition, the following students were awarded:

1st Place: Yeleusinov Bekzat, a 3rd-year student from the Faculty of Philology.
2nd Place: Alpysbayev Nurbek, a 2nd-year student from the Faculty of Philology.
3rd Place: Shakhrizada Muga, a 2nd-year student from the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology.

The "Talented Writer" nomination was awarded to Sauytkan Aibarys, Egetai Beknur, Esengeldinova Miramgul Berkinqyzy, Suleimenova Rabiga Mukhamedgalymqyzy, and Sarieva Perizat.

Participants and prize winners were presented with Letters of Appreciation and diplomas from the Chairman of the Board - Rector, as well as special monetary prizes.
