A MEMORANDUM SIGNED WITH QINGDAO HIGHER NORMAL SCHOOL

Today, Abai University hosted an official meeting with representatives of the Qingdao Higher Normal Preschool Education College (China). During the visit, the two higher education institutions signed a memorandum of cooperation.

The meeting, held at a high level, was aimed at strengthening international partnerships in the fields of education and science, implementing joint projects for teacher training, and expanding academic and professional exchange programs. The Qingdao delegation included Deputy Party Secretary and Rector Fu Rongyun, Dean of the School of Foreign Languages and Director of the International Exchange and Cooperation Office Wen Limin, Party Secretary and Dean of the Jewelry Art Institute Lin Bin, Deputy Dean of the Preschool Education Institute Jiu Jingxiang, and Lecturer of the School of Foreign Languages Guan Qi. From Abai University, the meeting was attended by Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Banu Narbekova, Vice-Rector for Strategy and Internationalization Aigul Iskakova, Acting Director of the Department for Academic Affairs Aitore Baimurzayeva, Director of the Department for Educational Program Analysis Nurzhamal Oshanova, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology Gulmira Nietbayeva, Heads of Departments, and representatives of the International Programs and Cooperation Office.

During the discussions, the parties addressed the development of joint academic programs, expansion of student and faculty mobility, and internship exchange opportunities. At the end of the meeting, both sides signed a memorandum of cooperation, reaffirming their commitment to work together at the international level.
