Vacant position:

       Manager of the centre "Alumni Association" of Abai KazNPU

The main functional responsibilities of the structural unit:

- Participate in the elaboration of the development strategy of the Association;

- Participation in the development of the work plan of the Association;

- Promotion of the Association in social networks;

- Ongoing support of relations with alumni;

- Organization of events involving alumni;

- Participation in fundraising events, fundraising;

-Organizational and technical support of administrative activities of the head;

- Receives the incoming correspondence on consideration of the head, transfers it to structural divisions or concrete executors;

- Performs various operations with the use of computer technology for the collection, processing and presentation of information in the preparation and decision-making.

Education:

Experience in customer service is desirable

Required professional experience (duration, scope, other)

- Understanding of the nature of managerial work and management processes;

- Knowledge of the manager`s job and functional responsibilities, ways to achieve the goals and improve the organisation`s performance;

- Ability to use modern information technologies and means of communication, necessary in the management process;

- Mastering the art of establishing external relations.

Proficiency in MS Office package (Word, Outlook), Excel, Google Drive/Docs/Meet, ZOOM, PowerPoint, Prezi, Canva, working with Social Media, email, electronic filing.
