21.04.2018 Ways to implement of "Five social initiatives of the President" were discussed in Abai KazNPU
On 20 April 2018 a meeting with representatives of the Republican Public Council "Miras" under the leadership of the "Nur Otan" party, to discuss the implementation of the "Five Social Initiatives of the President" and an open exchange of views on the third initiative "Improving accessibility and quality of higher education and improving the living conditions of student youth" was held in Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University.
The discussion was attended by the first vice-rector of the University Maktagali Bektemesov, members of the Republican Public Council "Miras": Dinar Nuketayeva, deputy of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, writer Kanat Tasybayov, poetess Ainur Tursynbayeva, representatives of the branches of Nur Otan party in Almaty and Medeu district, directors of institutes and faculty, doctoral students, undergraduates and students.
The first vice-rector of the University Maktagali Bektemesov stressed the importance and strategic character of the Address of the Head of State Nursultan Nazarbayev to the people "Five Social Initiatives of the President" for solving urgent problems of education and youth policy in our country.
In turn, the deputy of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Dinar Nuketayeva noted that the Head of State in his address clearly defined the ways of solving a wide range of issues related to the socialization and self-determination of young people. She said that funding for implementation of the "Five Social Initiatives" announced by the Head of State on March 5, 2018, has already been allocated, which will soon be approved with all additions and changes. At the end of the speech, Dinar Nuketayeva suggested that the participants of the meeting exchange views on the five social initiatives of the President.
The winner of the Daryn Prize, poetess Ainur Tursynbayeva, within the framework of discussion of the five initiatives of the President of the country, stressed the importance of raising the status and qualification of teachers, on which the development and formation of young people directly depends.
At the end of the meeting, Director of the Institute of Philology and Multilingual Education Baltabay Abdigaziuly and member of the Committee of Youth, third-year student Didarbek Dildabek shared their views on the appeal of the Head of State and expressed confidence that the tasks set in it will be systematically implemented.
